Pearl Street Brewery

We started our little brewery in downtown La Crosse on Pearl Street in a basement with a tiny seven-barrel subterranean brewhouse. Over time, we developed a tradition of brewing carefully hand-crafted award-winning ales and lagers. Since then, we’ve grown into a larger 30 barrel brewery and moved up to the North side in the historic La Crosse Footwear building on Saint Andrew Street.
Our brewers are still working day and night creating a variety of distinctive, traditional and unique beers - just more of it. We still use gobs of only the freshest, all-natural hops, malt and water on Earth. And we take time to brew it well. Having our beers on tap or in the bottle in surrounding restaurants, bars and stores within days and even hours of production is what FRESH beer is all about. It’s the fresh flavor that keeps the locals light-hearted and smiling and entices our visitors to come back for more.
